Silver Bike Tours, a division of ROW Adventures, is the only company permitted and licensed to operate on all the area's trails as featured within this website.

In Washington State we operate under permit from the Washington State Parks and Recreation Department and a City of Spokane Business License.

In Idaho we are a licensed outfitter (License 5109) under the regulation of the Idaho Outfitters and Guides Licensing Board. ROW Inc. dba ROW Adventures and Silver Bike Tours, is proud to be an Equal Opportunity recreation service provider under permit from the U.S. Forest Service Panhandle National Forest and the Coeur d'Alene Area of the Bureau of Land Management. All our operations and facilities are operated on a non-discriminatory basis.

We also operate under permit from the Idaho State Parks and Recreation Department, the City of Coeur d'Alene and Kootenai County. For our guided bike rides on the Trail of the Hiawatha we are permitted by the Panhandle National Forest and have an operating agreement with Lookout Pass.
